TOTWL Question...RE: Food?

Silly question....can you bring "outside" food into the TOTWL with you? I was thinking about grabbing food from the Contempo Cafe and then heading up to the lounge for beverages and relaxation. I am assuming this is not allowed, but I thought I'd ask.

No, it has it's own menu and offerings.

Not sure if is "allowed", but it would be a little tacky. It is a nice lounge that sells their own food. If DVC owners do not spend $ in the lounge to support it, we will lose the perk.

I am looking forward to sampling their flatbreads on our second night. On our first night, we have some dining credits to use up so I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone...eat and hit the lounge. I guess we will have to opt for the meal and wait until the next night to enjoy the lounge.

Technically it's against the law to bring food from one restaurant into another one. If the first restaurant has some sort of contamination issues, you potentially just contaminated the second restaurant by bringing food from the first restaurant into that location...
