They at least improved on the reservation process and made a few other options available for members at Bay Lake Tower over the holiday as compared to the July 4th – Top of the World Lounge party.

How hard would it have been to email members with NYE reservations at BLT? Apparently impossible.

Not that I'd give them money for it anyway - I'm very unhappy with how they handled it all this year.
