I read through the 20 steps of making a t-shirt with the dark transfer sheets...wonderful help, thank you! I would like to make DD a trick or treat tote (using one from Michael's or whatever craft store with one I like) for MNSSHP using a dark transfer. Does it need to be washed first as well? Since she's not wearing it, I'm not so afraid of the bleeding. But, does it have sizing that needs to be washed?:confused3 I'm just afraid of losing that "crisp" look. For those of you that have made one, what did you do? Thank you!

I made them last year. I didn't wash mine before I went but have since washed them from coming back. I wouldn't wash them. I found the picture looks better when it wasn't washed and the bags don't hold there shape well after being washed. Also because the bag doesn't have a smooth surface like a shirt I found you could see it in the iron on.

Thanks for your input! I was afraid of the whole losing shape thing.
