Totally random observation of BWV

This sounds silly but I looked at BWV on our cruise to watch Illuminations last week and never had before (it's a gorgeous resort and I can't wait to see more!) and realized I'd love to stay there... HOWEVER, looking at the pictures of the pool after we got back in the DVC book? I'm scared to stay there! I (yes, it's a bit embarrassing) have a freaky fear of clowns. Yes, strange, I know. The pool scares me. But I think the otherwise redeeming qualities of the BWV will make it worth braving LOL.

A lot of people don't like the clown for one reason or another. I've heard of a lot of people saying their kids were afraid.

PS. When I was growing up, I enjoyed Bozo the clown recorded stories. So, it's not a universal dislike.

It is the best resort in the world. It is my Favorate (even though BCV is my home resort). It is my first choice for every trip (Clown or no clown)

We love the Boardwalk Villas and my 3 year old daughter loved the clown slide and pool. She knows we are going back this summer and can't wait to go to the clown pool!!!

My DD14 was very glad when we got to our room that we had a view of the quiet pool! She kept saying she never would have been able to sleep if that scary clown was outside her window

I guess my siggie says it all......I BWV! We seldom spend any time at the pools....so this is a non-issue for us.

I also hate clowns, but I can get past the "Scary Clown Slide" at BWV. It's not real. There are no real (evil) clowns involved. It'll take you a few times to get over your kids being regurgitated through the clown's mouth, but once you're over that everything should be golden.

If they really wanted to scare people, they should turn the clown around so you slide into his mouth.
