totally overwhelmed by home rental choices!

Ok, I have it narrowed down to Windsor Hills but there are literally dozens and dozens of homes that are very much alike. How do you go about choosing the best one for your family!

It is hard to choose but think about some of these things: condo, townhouse or pool home, price, do I want theme rooms for kids, a game room with air hockey, pool table etc, do I want internet connection with or without computer, large screen TV, dvd, ps2, BBQ, strollers, cribs etc if you need them, some offer free long distance calls. Which has the best floor plan for us: kids bedrooms near parents or upstairs. Location whether near playground or clubhouse. With townhouse and pool homes you can park by your door but condos you don't. Check whether the price includes tax and pool heat and how much extra if not.
We picked the 6 bedroom home with the floor plan that has one queen bedroom downstairs ( for the grandparents - us) and other 5 upstairs for grandkids and parents.
Good luck trying to find the perfect home for you. We use vrbo.com but there's also homeaway.com, windsorhillsrent.com, fabvillas.com etc. etc.

It's hard to decide which one to go for isn't it? It will all really come down to the little extras that you would like, ie. BBQ, games consoles, baby equip, internet access etc. Try searching on www.homeaway.com as this gives a section down the side where you can reduce the number of matches by items they have in the home - it's a good way to reduce the list you need to go through
