I am, but I am so disappointed with this season. Last season I had favorites, and this year I barely like any of them. I am so sick of Sanjaya, but at least it keeps me entertained...it's been so boring! I like Chris R, Jordin and Blake the best.

I normally really enjoy American Idol, but I have to agree with the previous post. This season I have just not been that into it. I don't really have a favorite & I've been really disappointed. It's time to get rid of Sanjaya already!!

This is the first season I've watche so I can't compare. I am soooooo tired of Sanjaya and I know the judges are too. I have to say they only have themselves to blame, though. They should never have put him in the top 24. There was much better talent they could have chosen. I really like Lakisha and Jordin. Blake isn't bad either.

Yep he is a joke and needs to step down. I never liked Gina her attitude stinks, I can't really get into it this year.

I feel the same way as the PP. I really enjoyed last year but this year I'm just not feeling it. Sanjaya does need to go. And I hate it that Gina went home this week. She was one of the few that I liked.

Yeah this year is definitely not as good as others and I am just not into it. I do not have any favorites this year whereas years past I always LOVED someone (someone always just stood out). Melinda is very good though and Lakisha too.

I'm a Big AI fan. Every year there is someone that stays on week after week that should have gone before others. I think part of it is the town or state they are from. But, this year there is voting just to keep(the bad) Sanjaya in. I heard someone say that Simon says this will be the last year for AI if Sanjaya wins, yea, right! He makes too much money from it!

Sanjaya needs to go home! I love AI and I agree with one of the other posters - the judges should have never put him in the top 24 - there were so many singers better than him.

Sanjaya being kept on week after week is making me not want to watch American Idol. The other contestants who are being kicked off are being ripped off because of what's going on with the voting. Gina and Chris shouldn't have been sent off before Sanjaya. Haley should have left before Gina. I think Jordan would be the most marketable and I like Lakisha and Melinda, but they can be a bit boring. Blake can entertain, but he's not my favorite.

I watched the first season of AI then I took a break (too busy with school). I decided to watch this season, mainly b/c I really like Carrie Underwood and I was kind of suprised to find out she came from AI. This season has been ok. I like Phil, Jordin, and Lakisha. There are some very talented people, and some not so much...the strange thing is I liked Sanjaya during the auditions (well I really liked his sister better), but he has never been anywhere near as good since. Oh well...it is escapism at its best and I don't have to pay as close attention to AI as I do to Lost!

IMO, this season is a joke. The only one I like is Jordin. I still haven't been blown away by any performance (like Chris Daughtry singing Wanted Dead or Alive).

And yes, the Sanjaya fiasco is ridiculous!

Yep, another AI fan here...other seasons were better but I admit I'm still entertained. I like Sanjaya just for the joke that he is...he is entertaining but can't even get a "karaoke singer" comment from Simon cuz he's that bad!

I love Melinda but don't see her as marketable as Jordin. I'm glad to see Lakisha there particularly since she doesn't fit into the cute/little mold but also don't see her very marketable.

Blake will easily get deals if he doesn't win.

And believe it or not, Phil Stacy is better than ok (not great) but there is something about him that I like. He just needs more training.

My DH said the same thing about Phil Stacy. He said that he has a pretty good voice but just needs some more training. I'm not sure if I like him though...he scares me...
