Total Toll Cost from S Ontario

What is the total toll cost driving from the GTA area? Are there more tolls on one route over the other (I75 I79)? Do you need exact change for the booths or do they have at least one manned booth?

We did the drive last week - there's a toll on the I90 east in Buffalo, you grab a card at the first booth, then pay before you leave the State, I think it was about $3.25. 2 tolls in the Virginias, $2.00 and 40 cents (you need change for the 40 cent, I popped in 2 quarters -US only), then nothing until the I4 in Florida, used to be 2 toll booths but one is closed for construction so you pay a total of $3.50 for both. If you take the 417 toll around the I4 it's about $8. You don't need exact change, however if you take some of the other toll roads near Orlando, like the 429, you need exact change (US, CND won't work).
