Total speculation re: AKV resales?

On another thread, Dean mentioned that he won't be surprised to see AKV resales being available in the not too distant future. Since I happen to consider him knowledgeable (maybe 'cause I agree with many of his points ), I started wondering.

IIRC, some AKV points have already been posted on the rent board; can those resales be far behind? Any guesses out there?

(It'll sure be easy to spot...........when they pop up, they'll be listed first, since the list is in alphabetical order !)

Which they likely won't for a number of reasons. If one wanted AKV resale, I'd get on as many lists as possible.
