Total Love for Satu'li Canteen

Wow! Possibly my favorite restaurant on property.

While AK has many wonderful dining choices, here is why I chose Satu'li Canteen for both of our meals last Friday:

1. Delicious, high quality food (by now, I have tried a good portion of items on the menu and it is all good and high quality- the meats have a wonderful flavor and the breads are so fresh)
2. Great value (I can get yummy protein and fresh veggies in a meal for less than $13)
3. Fun theming and atmosphere
4. Unique and interesting food options
5. Refillable beverages
6. Efficient mobile ordering (took about two minutes or less both times after I clicked "I'm Here" for my food to be ready. I recommend ordering while in the fastpass line for FOP. When you are off the ride and near the gift shop, click "I'm Here" and your food will be ready by the time you get to the restaurant).
7. Friendly staff

This place really has everything I want in a restaurant. Just can't say enough good things about it.

I've heard so many good things about it that I'm currently going back over my plans trying to find somewhere to squeeze it in any recommendations for the base and sauce?

My favorite base is the hearty salad base. It used to be called something like quinoa and vegetables, but apparently it is “hearty salad” now. It has roasted tomatoes, purple and white cauliflower, quinoa, vegetable slaw with boba balls, and lettuce. The chimichurri sauce is now called “charred green onion vinaigrette.” It is my favorite.

We completely agree! My teens are not overly-adventurous eaters but we all found something wonderful on the menu that we enjoyed! All four of us considered this restaurant the favorite of all of the QS locations we ate during the week. Food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the mobile ordering process was very efficient. Next time I might try the cheeseburger pods but I couldn’t seem to try something different on our 2nd visit because I loved the chicken bowl so much!

The chimichurri sounds like a winner! I’m thinking chili tofu with potato base and the chimichurri...now just need to cancel an adr to fit it into our plans! Too much good food and too little time
