Can you go on the TOT? I can transfer to the seats fine but have to do minimal walking. Do you just take your scooter through the regular line.
This is my favorite ride and the main one I want to ride. Just got clearance to go in 3 weeks as long as I limit my walking and stay out of public water.

You can't take your scooter through the regular line. If you have someone with you who can push you in a wheelchair you can take a wheelchair through the line.

If you are alone they have sent me through the gift shop to a regular elevator. I think I left my scooter at the exit and went "on foot" on the elevator. I wouldn't just go through the gift shop on my own....I think they radio ahead to a cm to let them know that someone is coming up the back way.

You will have to park the ECV in "valet parking" and transfer to a wheelchair. Valet parking is right across from the queue entrance. After you have boarded they will move the wheelchair to where the elevator exits; you will take it back to valet parking and get your ECV.

Is there a thread that tells me what other lines I need to make special arrangesments for?

Pirates and Space have similar treatment.

I'm not sure about Rock N Roller Coaster; I think if you have a 3-wheel ECV you can use the queue but with a 4-wheel (including Disney ECV) you have to transfer to a chair.

At RnRC in October, I had to park my 3-wheel scooter outside. My DD fetched a WC for me. I remember this because it was absolutely pouring and we put multiple ponchos on the scooter to "waterproof" it. When we came out of RnRC we left the scooter parked under the ponchos and just wheelchaired over to ToT (next door). Make sure you get waterproof covering for your scooter. Those cheap Walmart or Dollar Store ponchos will do.

Here is a great thread with answers to lots of your questions by SueM in MN, called "disABILITIES FAQs - temporary & permanent disabled, 1st trip, next trip, Wish trip"

Just agreeing with what they said above - there will be wheelchairs waiting there at the ride when you have to transfer free of charge, so this is not something you have to arrange in advance or anything.
