Interesting. So it looks like the 13Kers will be going in the opposite direction of the 6.5Kers to start and then lapping us to finish.

It looks like a pretty roughly drawn map. I wonder if they'll put out a better one with drink stations. Hmmmmm.....

This is great! I think if you look at both maps, the 6.5K shows the 13K route inside of MGM/Hollywood Studios. On the 6.5K map, that long skinny red line on the left is the road in front of WWoS (Osceola Prkwy) where the 6.5K will start. The 13Kers may be able to see the last of the 6.5Kers finishing their first mile. Any lapping will be possible by only you speedy folks!! This is going to be so much FUN!! Anne

Actually the course is kind of dissapointing. Out of the 8+ mikles what do we have, maybe 1 mile in the park? Not what I thought it would be.

I'm getting the same thing. Maybe (hopefully) they are taking them down to put up more accurate (easily read) maps!! Here's to wishful thinking!!

yeah, I'm trying to figure out on the 13K map how the big Hat is next to the Chinese Theatre....and how the 13K runners will go up through the Hat and down the ear!

At least it's a fairly short race...not too much time to get lost.

And I do think it will be fun to see the back part of WWOS!

I'm looking forward to the Twilight Zone White Abyss for the start and first part of the 6.5K. It looks like the 13K gets the Hat Slide at the end and us 6.5Kers get to face a polar bear eating a marshmallow in a snowbank during a blizzard at the start.

I converted the maps from pdf to jpg(much smaller in MB) and have both types on my website. I also have a copy with the maps side by side.
