Following this post since Tortuga Tavern is on our "to try" list for November!

This place isn't always open during the off season, but if it is open, it's a good change of pace. My wife really liked the taco salad and I had a burrito I think. With all the burger joints, this offers something different and it's still good. It's not super authentic, but I don't expect it to be. It's certainly better than a Taco Bell or TacoTime.

With it's location right next to Pecos Bill Cafe, there's plenty of eating space, and if the lines are really long, you can go next door and see if it's any better without racing across the park.
