Tortuga Tavern in MK, Adventureland. I know it's open seasonally but was wondering if it will be open Apr. 1-7? And if so what time does it close?

I've wanted to try it several times but every time I go it's closed!

That's the week before Easter so I'd bet it will be open. I have seen that when it's been open, it's usually just for lunch.

I want to try their taco salad, I've heard it's inexpensive and you can load up on toppings.

Any idea what time they open and close?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe it closes around 3:00.

we ate there twice this past Christmas week. Once for lunch and once for dinner around 6:30. We really enjoyed it.

I'm glad you did. A friend and I went there and thought it was terrible. But WDW has lots of options for everyone!
