Hi all! I'm looking for input on what to do at Tortola and St Thomas with a 5 & 3 year old. I have done several searches & realize we will not be eligible for most excursions due to our kids' young ages, but would still be interested in exploring & finding nice beaches/family activities if it's practical to do so. I've read reviews of the Kon Tiki Beach Cruise and the reviews aren't all that encouraging, but something of that nature might be nice. I'd prefer not to put my kids in an island taxi with no seat belts (I read prior threads all about this last night).
My specific questions are:
1) any recommendations for easily accessible kid-friendly beaches?
2) anything worth exploring in the port areas (walking distance)?
3) any easily accessible resort hotels with pool and beach access that have day passes available?
4) is it best to just hang out on the ship (Fantasy) & enjoy the pools with fewer crowds & save exploration for when the kids get older?
Thanks all! Any advice is appreciated!
