We are taking our two adult children (DS25, and DD 18) with us on the Fantasy in April. We already did this same itinerary two years ago, so when we last went to Tortola we did the baths excursion which we loved. When I asked them what they wanted to do this time, I got this response from them.

"For Tortola, my perfect day would be to hike Sage Mountain (from sea level to peak, I hate driving up to the top - that's cheating). Then after the hike being taken over to John Van Dyke for some beach time on White Cove or whatever it's called at the bar where they invented the drink the Painkiller."

This looks a combo of two Disney excursions.....and I don't think we'll have time to do both?
Any thoughts on whether this would be possible?

highly unlikely you could do both. What is the time frame of the hiking excursion? I know the 2nd JVD excursion starts at 12:30 and returns at 4:30 right before the ship leaves. Assuming there is an hour gap between the two excursions, there is a slight chance Disney would allow you to book both, but you will definitely be paying an arm and a leg for two excursions.

As for looking outside of Disney for the excursions, I'm not aware of any companies that offer both land and sea in the same day. Most companies focus on one or the other, but it doesn't hurt to google around for a company that offers both in one day. IMO they need to pick one or the other. I'm always partial to painkillers at Soggy Dollar and if you are determined to have a full day look in to chartering a boat that will take you snorkeling for a few hours and finish with some painkillers.
