TORTOLA Excursions (Not the Baths)

Looking to go on either the Jost Van Dyke or Treasure Island excursion on our cruise. As first time cruisers a little hesitant to not book with Disney; is that silly?
Not a lot of reviews on either of these. Is Disney still offering JVD? I know they had cancelled some bookings for it this year. Would love to do the Rebel Yell catamaran to Treasure Island but have noticed NCL seems to be using them also. Any info would be appreciated - thanks!

JVD excursion is offered on our Sept. 24 cruise. Looks available now.

We are first time cruisers and we are booking our excursion outside of Disney--maybe a risk, but the only way our DD could participate because of age. That being said, everyone on our excursion is on our ship so the schedule is to be back way before all aboard time. Do what makes you comfortable and you will have a great time!
