Tortola $1059 private tour

Noticed this as I was looking around the excursions for our April cruise. It says it’s sold out. Anyone actually doing this? We booked a private tour of Antigua in 2019 for three hours and it was $160. The Disney price was around $330. The driver told us that Disney takes a lot off the top. But $1000 to be driven around Tortola for four hours?

I was looking at the excursions for our Iceland Norway cruise and they are crazy priced. $3000 for a private driver . The glacier tour that interests us the most is $750 a person! I’m looking to book something similar on our own instead.

iZon - we are looking to do a private tour in Tortola. We found one gentleman that does the tour targeting cruise ship passengers. Stouts Tours?! We really wanted to book this but it seems it's been booked. Did you have any luck finding a private tour? We would love to share that cost with another couple or even a family!?

You could rent a car for alot less and follow one of the other tours. Just saying, lol

Or just do your own thing. That's what we are planning at this point there are four of us if anyonee wants to try putting something together.

I rented a car for around $120 and drove my whole family

You could rent a car for alot less and follow one of the other tours. Just saying, lol

We did exactly that on the big Island. We rented a car for 40.00 dollars and followed the tour bus.
