My father doesn't really like Mexican food, but the rest of us do. Can he get just plain old grilled chicken and rice or something along those lines at Tortilla Jo's? Thanks

What about fajitas? He could get chicken or steak, it is just strips and you could get rice with it. I don't see grilled chicken on the menu.

I looked at the menu. I was just wondering if anyone knew if they would accommodate someone wanting something pretty plain and basic.

They can likely accommodate with items they have. A chicken breast isn't on the menu, but they should have sliced chicken used in fajitas. Which is why I usually suggest fajitas, the meat can be very basic, it is up to you to decide what to put it with.

Perhaps he can order from the kid's menu (hot dog, chicken tenders, etc).

Just get the fresh made Guacemole that they make right at your table! Really good! Then have dad dip those chicken tenders in that tasty Guacamole!
