Hi Everyone,
although slowly recovering from cancelling our diz vacation (I should be there right now,) my birthday has passed so am now getting over not going and planning for a new trip in April.

Anyhoo - just wondering if a diz meet is a possibility for anyone local who goes to any of the big Toronto toy shows. I can't organize one myself and am not here to advertise the shows (as I, myself am a seller at the shows) but was wondering if that is a possibility for people to meet. For those who are collectors, it is a great place to look for things you collect and also a great place to meet. Both places have places to sit and grab a bite to eat and I would be interested in meeting the wonderful people who helped me through my cancellation downer.

I also want to know, if you are a collector, what do you collect. It doesn't have to be Disney, anything in general. Thought it would be fun!

I collect disney - mostly tinkerbell and villains and I also collect Liddle Kiddle dolls made in the 1960's by Mattel.

Hope You at least had a half decent Birthday!

Jane, since you are into the collecting of toys, maybe you could help me. I have two puppets that were my mothers. One is Mickey and one is the old Dairy Queen boy. They are cloth bottoms and moulded plastic heads. They are in o.k. condition but not in boxes or mint. I would like to sell tham but I dont know what they are worth and were to sell them. I thought about Ebay but again I dont have a clue as to value. They may be worthless but may not. Have you any insight? Thanks a lot, Suzanne.:wave2: BTW, don't let not going get to you, there is always next time, and the time after that, and the time after that etc...
