Ok so this may be a little long,

Ever since I was a little girl Ive dreampt about my wedding, but Ive never wanted a church wedding, or anything like that, but somthing fun and unusual. So for the last few years or so Ive had my heart set on Vegas, and more specifically the Venitian hotel, on the gondola. My fiance and I got engaged this Oct. and are planning to get married after my 21st birthday next year. And weve talked about Vegas and he was alright with that. But now that Ive seen all the pics of the weddings at Disney, Im suddenly torn.
It would only probably be me and Adam *my DFI* at the wedding, and we were planning on doing a reception back home for the family. And I looked at the Disney site, and it just mentions getting a Minister. Adam is Jewish, and I have no real religious affiliation, Is it possible to have a wedding at Disney that is not religious? We may just have to have our honeymoon at Disney and stick with Vegas. Any sugguestions? :bride:

They do non-religious ceremonies. You pick one of the ministers and they will work with you to create a ceremony that is right for you.

Disney has a list of a large number of officiants from all sorts of religious backgrounds. We wanted a religious ceremony (we're both Christians and it is a very important part of our lives), so we picked a minister that met that need. I do know that they have ministers willing to do interfaith ceremonies, as well as officiants that are not associated with any religion. I believe you can even use judges if you'd like. Disney is accomodating to everyone's needs.

Even the religious pastors are usually perfectly willing to do a secular ceremony, or you could hire a JoP.

Thank you so much everyone! I didnt even think of a judge! I'll have to look into the details a little more :goodvibes
