Topsiders for Dinner

I'm on a 7 night cruise during March.

What is the arrangement for topsiders in the evening? Is it a buffet or sit down? What type of menu do they have?

It's kind of a combination buffet and sitdown. I haven't done this in a while, but as I recall, you get a salad/appetizer from the buffet, and your entree is brought to you by a waiter. I think you also head back to the buffet to snag your dessert. I believe the menu is similar to what is offered in the dining rooms on that night, but probably not as extensive.
