Toppolino's Terrace vs Chef Mickey's?

Which if these dining experience is better? They're the same price I believe so that doesn't matter too much. Which food is better?

Topolino's has better food.

Chef Mickey's is generally cheaper right now without the characters.

I haven't dined at Chef Mickey's but I can tell you that both breakfast and dinner at Topolino's were amongst the favorites of our last two trips. Food is delicious, beautiful views, distanced characters done really well at breakfast, tables well-spaced.
