Hello , I just grabbed a 7:50pm Topolinos reservation for our family of 4 ( two children ages 4 & 6). Will this be a good time to see the fireworks? We really wanted breakfast there but I feel like fireworks could be the next best thing. Depending on timing …If we’re not finished eating are we able to leave the table to go outside and then Come back for dessert/ ect ? I’ve done this at California Grill with just my husband and I but I believe we had finished dinner and just took drinks out on the balcony. Does Topolinos also pipe in music? Any other info / tips you may have? Also We are staying at the Boardwalk Inn so how long should we allow to take the skyliner to Topolinos from behind Epcot?

Just a heads up, but if it is too windy they do close the terrace off so no one can go out there. I ate there last June, fireworks had not returned until a day night or two after, but even if they had, we would not have been allowed out to watch.

You can easily walk out there. Its nice but its not spectacular either just to be warned. The restaurant is amazing for dinner though and I would recommend it.

Note to self : maybe don’t hype up the fireworks part to my kids … or maybe don’t even mention it at all and it can be an added bonus .. I think they will be most excited about the skyliner trip there.

When I went the waitress brought desserts to us outside when the fireworks started. Was a limited view, don’t think it’s so amazing to be worth hyping up but was a good experience. I would say it’s one of those things that if everyone is really excited about and looking forward to you risk sullen disappointment, but if they find out “hey we can go outside and eat deserts and watch the fireworks” they will be excited and happpy.

Oh, that’s a good idea to have dessert outside if we can. Dessert is always exciting. Yes, I’m thinking along the same lines. Especially since we will have already seen Enchantment during our first MK day just a few days prior to this reservation.
