Topolino's Breakfast - Walk Up Waitlist Seating

Searched all over and couldn't find a definitive answer, so hopefully someone will have some firsthand experience.

If I join the walk up waitlist at Topolino's for breakfast, will I be seated in the regular dining area, or do they seat you in the bar area? I love the food there, but I'm not sure the cost would be worth it to us if we were seated in the bar area and had no interaction with the characters. I have dining alerts set up, but since I will be at the resort I figured the waitlist would be a good backup. Thanks for the help!

My understanding is that the bar area is 'first come first serve' (at least at dinner I know this to be the case)... so I don't believe you would be sat there if you joined the walk-up list and waited for a table... in that scenario I believe you would still be seated in the main dining area. I hope this help, maybe someone with firsthand experience joining the walk-up list for breakfast can confirm.

Yes - you will be seated for the normal experience. I have done it before while staying at the riviera. Not sure if they offer the bar area seating at breakfast.

I was about to post about Topolino’s and then saw this thread. For Marathon weekend I wanted to do this for breakfast when my wife finishes the half but haven’t gotten a reservation yet - if I need to do walk up, what is the wait time usually like?
