Believe it or not, someone was seen (or at least it was reported as such on the DIS) using chalk to mark off the space they were "Saving" for a parade. And the corn came from someone reporting seeing a parade waiter/watcher eating corn from a can before the parade.

ITA about the Wilderness Lodge. It's a nice place, but some of the "Vets" have had one too many "cups of hot chocolate at the fireplace" for my taste. Don't suggest that WCC is too loud for your taste, either. How dare anyone even remotely sugggest that all isn't not Pixie Dusted Happiness and Light over there. I believe I am the "most negative poster" in their minds.

You guys reminded me WHY I never venture over to certain boards...

I wish people who have so many Disney ideals had the same loyalty for something that can make their lives better. They fuss over Disney losing a dime like they can't AFFORD to lose one then complain when Michael Eisner gets a multi million dollar bonus.

I'm glad to say that none of that money came from ME.

Not true--not true at all. The cheerleaders will not! Most of us seldom go over to the resort board (Since we were evicted, you know), so we can't.

Those sorority people (sorry, can't remember their name) might. though. But, that's not the cheerleaders.

But one thing you can't do on the CB is start a thread for people with common interests.
If you do, you're called cliquish.

Nawww....not case in point. Undeserved personal attack defended in a nice way. I imagine if someone came here and posted something negative about you, you would like to set the record straight, wouldn't you?
Plus, this was not a negative comment about a hotel. That would be a lot different.
Name the true culprits and you won't hear a word out of me...except words of agreement.

I have to agree w/ Poohlovr and Mickeyfaniam, our thread welcomes everybody. And we're not the ones who will gouge your eyes out. That, I believe would be the Sigma-Delta Sorority (The love ya-mean it Swan/Dolphin thread). They are on the RB.
besides, while we do love the Swan and Dolphin, we're also open to other resorts and we know that everyone does not have the same tastes or experience so there gonna be people that disagree w/ us but we don'y try to gouge any eyes out (or dismember anybody either, for that matter.

The reason we are on the CB (and have been for years) is that we don't just talk about the resorts. Actually we talk alot more about other stuff than the S/D. Ya'll oughtta stop by and you'll realize that we are nice people, if a little crazy at times.
