Anything Negative about the Wilderness Lodge on the Resort Board...

Forgot to add Threads about

GRAMMAR

GOD FORBID people make spelling errors on these boards sometimes! Oh wait...I just said God...forgot no religion threads! ;) :p

I would love to read this entire thread but I'm too busy pushing folks with my stroller while I breastfeed and save a chair at two separate pools and refill old mugs while my 7 overage homeschooled children pretend to be younger and are all sleeping in the same room when not screaming in the jacuzzi.

Are you dressed formally or informally? It will help me decide how to repond to these behaviors:D

Concierge Dirtbags

rollers in hair in the lounge
no shoes in the lounge
food hoarders in the lounge
sneaking people in the lounge
wearing thongs in the lounge
sleeping in the lounge

and the best kids being kids in the lounge

Anything to do with smoking. Good, bad or indifferent

People who look OK but are using wheelchairs or scooters.

Thongs at the water parks.

Roberta :teeth:

LOL, this reads like a DIS litany. :teeth: Very good.

A couple close to my heart...'Can I post these pictures from WDW on the CB?' Or, 'Can I post this DIS meet announcement only on the CB?' :) ;)

Anything involving petpeeves, and bathrooms. Invisible handicaps don't always go over well either.

Wow! I had no idea there were so many taboo topics to get flamed with. There is one item I just got to know about-

 CORN?

I thought mine covered a lot of territory on the other thread, so I'll paraphrase it here. :)

When posting, keepin in mind that you are NOT entitled to a mistake. You must NEVER, EVER make a mistake; nor should you EVER show anger, despair, unhappiness and anything that may resemble a human emotion other than perfectness. If, however, in a moment of weakness you chose to disregard this advice, you the undersigned agree to tolerate a group of people swooping down and publically pointing out your mistake. This is ordinarily done in a tormenting, beating of the horse type manner. The offending poster must ALSO realize that he/she wrote it and must stand by it for possibly years into the future. Its the property of the group now, its theirs to comment on and ultimately pick apart til the meaning of your sentence is long lost in a barrage of hatefulness.

Learn this rule, live by it, and you'll never find yourself in hot water. Sure, you may feel like a robot, but its generally preferable to hot water.

This needed another ::yes::

What age is okay for my dd to wear thongs....

What age is okay for my dd to wear make up....

Labor pains versus a mans ear infection...

Mods moving threads.....

How about the resort rooms with the doors opening to the outside vs. the resort rooms where the doors open to the lobby/hallway.

:bounce: to Snoopy!

If you break any of those rules be aware that you are going to be called a twit, stupid, a moron or worse by people who have a brain and heart the size of a pea.

...able bodied people using the handicapped restroom stalls.... always a hot topic.

I don't recall anyone ever being called anything like that on the DIS for long. That is one thing the mods are very good at, they do watch for personal attacks and those threads and close/delete them. Of course I don't visit the Debate Boeard very much so it could be happening there a lot. But the CB is a tad more polite than that.

Hey, they're polite over on the debate board. Everyone has disagreements, but it's now a rule that once the debate is over there's a group hug.
