TopCashBack or Ebates?

I signed up for Ebates in Dec and it has worked fairly well for me. However, I've now seen TopCashBack and it has some higher percentages back that Ebates. Is there really much difference? Do you prefer one over the other? Do you have both and just use the one which has the higher return?

I like ebates but use whatever is higher. I also use mrrebates and mypoints (I feel like I'm forgetting one). Cashbackmonitor.com shows you which portal has the highest rebate.

I signed up for Topcashback a couple of years ago but stopped using them after about 25 shopping trips. I was only ever getting credit for about a quarter of my purchases and of those I had to put a ticket in for nearly every single one. I felt their customer service was pitiful and painfully slow.

Ebates on the other hand is the exact opposite. Credits for nearly everything in a timely manner and when I DO need to get an issue solved it's solved promptly and without issue.

I use ebates and swagbucks - depending on who is higher % back wise

I prefer ebates b/cof the easy redeeming (autosend money)

I use both ebates and topcashback, as well as swagbucks. I have used TCB for a couple of years and have no problems with my orders crediting.
