Topcashback Login problems

Never had trouble logging in before. Positive my email address is correct. I thought that maybe I forgot my password but when I attempt to reset it, it says my email is wrong, but it isn't. It seems my account has vanished. I emailed them but no response yet. Anyone else having this problem???
