Top three subdivisions for closeness to Dis - other than WH?

I've had A LOT of offers thanks to Last Minute Villas.

What would be your top 3 subdivisions for closeness to Disney parks, convenience, amenities etc to help me narrow down.

We rented a great house in the Emerald Island subdivision. It's 5 minutes from Disney property. If you'd like the owner's name and a link to the house,PM me. It was a 4 bd/ 3 ba house with a game room in the garage and a pool. he layout was really nice. There were also some super nice condos in the same subdivision. We paid about 160/night.

These are very close to each other: Formosa Gardens, Rolling Hills, Emerald Island, Indian Creek, Windsor Palms, Oak Island Cove.

Formosa Gardens area is generally reckoned to be closest - resorts in the area apart from Windsor Hills are Windsor Palms & Emerald Island; rental communities without resort facilites there include Rolling Hills, Formosa Gardens, Acadia Estates

We like Emerald Island for the quietness, the distance to Disney, convenience to restaurants and shopping, and the beauty.

I would say you will enjoy anywhere in the Formosa Gardens area. The location can not be beat!!

looks like they changed it to include more homes and roads. It is working now.
