Do you get really possessive of your food as well?
Depends on the food for sure...but if its really, really good I want other people to taste it too....

Thank you, MeMom! Chelsea has changed so much in the last year -- I went and pulled out pictures of her from this time last year, and the difference is amazing!
If you ever decide to make a weekend of it in Atlanta to meet Trent and Jamie, I would love to meet you all at the zoo. It's a lot of fun!
November - we're hoping to go there for Thanksgiving

Charles just better get ready, because she's going to have a line of boys at the door in the next few years.![]()
I am pretty sure that will happen in time. We've got the rest of this year pretty much mapped out like this:
April - Trent and Jamie were here for Bella's birthday, Jarvis may go down there for a weekend
May - Mother's Day trip for the girls and me
June - I think Trent and Jamie are going to one of the Carolinas for a body building show Jarvis is in
July - we'll be in WDW for 11 days starting June 30th
August - hopefully they can make it to Brooklynn's birthday party in Huntsville
September - Trent's birthday month, not sure of plans, but this could turn out to be the first 'meet in the middle' time
October - we're about to book this trip in the next week or so, as soon as Jill figures out what days she can be off and how we will travel
November - we're hoping to go there for Thanksgiving
December - some weekend near Christmas here at my house
That's the plan, anyway. We'll see how all that plays out. That's a lot of traveling and a lot of money, so who knows?
Hope ya'll can go for Thanksgiving. Would love to have a DIS meet!
When is Trent's birthday? Connor's is September 19th.
Just thirty more school days for us!
Somewhere I posted something about the entire family was voting for a beach vacation. I am not sure where it was -- I am not even sure why everyone changed their mind -- I think it was Chelsea who spearheaded the beach discussion. She loves Disney, but she loves the beach, too, and I think she decided we needed some sand in our lives.
Counting out Disney for the summer, but Charles and I have started talking about a possible Food and Wine trip.![]()
The jello egg hunt sounds so fun! I wish our zoo did something like that!
Who knew Gorilla's liked jello?
What a fun fun day!
Chelsea is changing, 7th grade seems to be the year of the huge changes...it does slow down thankfully. She is still as beautiful as ever and Conor as adorable.
Those gorillas are adorable! We really like jello eggs at our house too. I must say that last picture of Chelsea is lovely. She's growing into such a pretty girl Jackie. I'll have to show Morghan the picture too because of her braces. How much longer for Chelsea? Are those blue and silver rubber bands? I can't quite tell. Glad you had such a fun trip to the zoo!![]()
This is totally random - but September 19th is Jared's birthday too![]()
Love the gorilla pictures Jackie!!! Looks like it was a fun day!!!
Maybe some sand in your shorts!
I saw the post that you had been out-voted, I just didn't see how it came up - such a change! The beach should be a great vacation though, and the food and wine sounds like a good plan!![]()
Not sure if someone already told you this (I don't read all the in-between comments...)...I googled "gorilla jello egg hunt" to see if other zoos offer this, and your PTR came up as one of the results!

It is a good day! How old is Jared?
He's 9, so exactly 1 year younger than ConnorHe was born without induction on his actual due date, how often does that happen??
It happened to me too! With my second DD. Of course it was after two weeks of being dilated and the dr. saying, any time now...
I have gotten behind and just finished catching up. Sorry about your trip to the World. I do think your trip to the beach sounds fabulous. Chelsea is growing up she has changed so much this last year.

How funny! I remember going to my normal drs appt on Monday (the day before he was due) and the dr told me 'looks good, it won't be long now', then during the middle of the night I started having contractions and he was born at 10 the next morning. My doc came in and the first thing he said was 'I told you it wouldn't be long!'

This sounds like me when Elizabeth was born. I went to the doctor that Wednesday. I told him I thought I was having contractions (I was young--25, first child). He checked and told me "Nope, nothing's going on down there. It's just Braxton-Hicks." That was around 3 on a Wednesday afternoon.
The next morning at 6 a.m., I saw him in the hospital, with my water already broken. His first words to me were, "Well, I guess those weren't false labor pains." !
