Top of the World Question

Ok, I know that my family and I can visit Top of the World because we are DVC members. If we have other friends vacationing at the same time in WDW, can we invite them up to Top of the World with us?

Rules state that members and guests staying with them. In reality it's all up to the CM guarding the door. The bar is a for profit operation that needs buying customers.
