We are going down in 9 days and staying at OKW. We are taking first timers who will only be going into parks for a few days. If they are still allowing DVC members to go up to TOTW without staying there, this will be a great way to spend the evening without them using up a park day. Thanks for any help!

Yes, you can still visit TOTWL as a DVC Member staying at WDW. You will have to show your DVC Member card and KTTW card to gain access.

Assuming it's not already packed, you should be ok. But, if busy, they could say non-members aren't allowed (I haven't seen this happen).

Also note, parking is not available for this. They opened up the lounge but guest parking still requires a retaurant reservation. Of course, that's subject to the guard at the gate and how they enforce. YMMV.

We love TOTWL. It's expensive and there aren't any great food choices, but we still love it.

Thanks!! I had not seen anything to sat it was canceled but wanted to make sure. We enjoy it up there too. Love to enjoy some adult beverages watching fireworks up there. ;-)
