The Convention d'Etat was signed on March 24th 1987 by Michael Eisner and Jacques Chirac.

Well done to those who got this correct.

Some of you said Dec 18th 1985 by Michael Eisner and Laurent Fabius but this wasnt the Convention d'Etat but the letter of intent so Im afraid this was wrong.
