I greatly enjoy the series ... any other fans? I wonder if there will ever be any Disney Chefs involved? Some of the major hotel chains have already had participants such as Hilton and W (Starwood) along the way.




Top Chef Season 10 Cast, Premiere Date Announced

Bravo has just announced the full cast and premiere date for Top Chef Season 10 (set in Seattle). Freak. Out. The new season will debut on Wednesday, November 7 at 10PM ET/PT and promises a "back to basics" approach (check out the promo trailer here). Wolfgang Puck will join the roster of judges including Emeril Lagasse, Gail Simmons, Tom Colicchio and Hugh Acheson. Check out the full list of chef-testants below.

plus I don't think Disney would let them off work long enough to participate.
 

There's actually very little "cheffing" going on at WDW. Most kitchens are overseeing menus and recipes that corporate food and beverage have put together. It's not like the chef du cuisine at Le Cellier is burning the midnight oil coming up with new twists to cheese soup. They cook what they are told to cook. This is not the creative model that Top Chef is looking for.
