Top attractions per Park that would need fast passes?

Hello everyone
I know most of the standards (Elsa/Anna, ToT, Test Track, etc but can anyone list the attractions at each park that have the longest lines?

We have a DD who will be 7 and we are trying to get her to finally go on Test Track, thunder moutain, splash, kali rapids but she won't do things like Space mountain, everest, did soarin but not sure we can get her on again.
She is 48 inches and we are going in 6 months

Also, what is the name of the attraction at HS that you can draw animation?
Are there any hidden attractions at HS that are worth going to that aren't too popular?

Is great movie ride ok for 7 year old?

Is great movie ride ok for 7 year old?

It really depends on the child and how easily they get frightened. Some of the ride is fine, but there are elements that might be scary (e.g., the Aliens sequence). I suggest going to YouTube (or something similar) and watching videos of the attractions so you can gauge for yourself how well your daughter will do.

We just came back and the longest lines were always the same each and every single day (so we obtained FPs and we were able to ride them all) (Mind you these are all not long at rope drop or on the EMH night when we were at the park till 2am.)

Peter Pans Flight
7DMT (always a 60 minute wait while we were there - even close to closing)
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain (my kids favorite - some days 30 minutes - some 50)
Tower Of Terror
Toy Story Mania (my favorite)
Soarin
Test Track (both my kids 7 and 9 loved it)
Jungle Cruise (mid afternoon was 75 min most days)
Kila Safari

My girls loved Hollywood Studios and the 2 highlights of our day there was the Frozen Sing Along show (It was a lot of laughs) and they were super excited to wait in line to meet Baymax and Hiro.
