Top 8 Short Waits on YouTube - Restricted?

I had to turn off restricted mode to watch the latest Best & Worst episode. Can someone explain why? I didn't see or hear anything that would be considered inappropriate.

I could be wrong, but I thought I heard mention that something was said that created a warning ...or whatever YouTube issues to control ratings. It was nothing crazy if I’m recalling correctly.
