Cinnamon roll at Gaston's is fantastic. I love the spring rolls but as an earlier poster mentioned, they are pretty expensive for the portion. Cheshire cat tail is good, the Peter Pan Dole Whip float is excellent, but I don't think it is there anymore. Any Dole Whip will do though. I also see that Cheshire Cafe has Pepper Jack pretzels, you can't go wrong with those!
