Top 5 Dinners at Epcot

Our favorites, in no particular order, are Marrakesh, Teppanyaki, San Angel, Le Cellier and Akershus. We have eaten at each of these places multiple times.

We also had an excellent meal at Chefs de France last trip, but, since we've only been there once and the kids haven't, I didn't list it. We thought Rose and Crown was just okay. We were disappointed with our meals at Yakatori House (gross) and Tangerine Cafe (expected it to be more like Marrakesh). I always eat the kids' meal at San Angel Cantina at least once each trip -- not gourmet but way cheap and tasty.

We have been going to Akershus every time we hit WDW, but this time they changed the way they serve the hot part of the buffet. It was slow and not the experience that we were familiar with. It seemed like this was their way of giving you less of the hot food so while you waited you had to eat from the cold buffet. I'm sorry but it is now on the bottom of our list.

Limited experiences, but here is what we thought:

Biergarten - fun and lively, food was ok
Teppanyaki - fun and good atmosphere, food was good
Nine Dragons - food was average and over-priced

I want to try San Angel the next time we go (if only for the atmosphere) and maybe Le Cellier.

I know a lot of people disagree, but the truth is we just can't get enough of the San Angel Inn in Mexico--atmosphere, atmosphere, atmosphere! Although I've had better Mexican, the food is nevertheless very good and the servers were attentive and friendly despite initial shyness. But there's nothing that can beat the sensation of eating "al fresco" in a Mexican courtyard under an evening sky with a volcano simmering over your shoulder while happy tourists float by on the river of time, all while up-lifting Mexican music keeps you in the most up-beat mood. You can eat anywhere for nourishment, but this is the best place to feed your soul.

I love San Angel Inn...good food...loads of amosphere

WE love Teppanyaki!!!!!! Do not miss this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. :wave2:
