Typically, what is the best (quietest) time of day to visit Toontown? Is it during Morning Madness, or first thing on a non-Morning Madness day, or later in the day? I have two toddlers who would love to meet Minnie and Mickey, but one has some special needs and I want to avoid really long lines. Thanks!

To be clear MM usually refers to Morning Magic. TTMM is Toontown Morning Madness.

Avoid the TTMM days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Do it in the morning.

Also Toontown usually opens after the park opens and closes in the evening.

So TTMM is really crowded? Is it not really worth it to use my TTMM pass at all then? I've never been to it before, so I really don't know what to expect or whether my toddlers would like it, but I just know they want to meet Minnie and Mickey and would prefer not to have to wait too long to do so!

TTMM starts with a little ceremony where the Mayor of Toontown, Mickey and his friends come out - everyone there is deemed a citizen of Toontown and one family is made an honorary family of the day.

Mickey and co walk around TT for a bit of time signing autographs/photos but it can be a bit hit and miss as to how long the lines are to see them. The lines during the day inside Mickey's house though to see him can get quite long, we waited 25 minutes in an off peak time to see him - but Minnie had no line in her place! It might be possible for you to talk to a CM and tell them about your child's special needs and they can work something out which is best for all :)
