We do not have TTMM.

Does TT open 1 hour after regular park opening?

I have read here that it is best to do TT on a non-TTMM morning for smaller crowds.

TTMM is mon, wed, fri, & sat, correct?

So, we were planning to go on a sunday. EE/MM is 7am, official park opening is 8am, so TT opens at 9am, right?

Is this a good plan? Nemo in EE/MM hour, then buzz, space mountain, and autopia, get FP for later for buzz and space, then shortly before 9, head over to TT.

ToonTown does, indeed, open an hour after the park opens, so yes, it opens at 9 if DL opens at 8.

It's definitely a better plan to go on a non-MTTMM day if you don't have those vouchers. Go and stand in the Stroller Brigade (I wish I'd taken a picture of all of the families with little kids in strollers, waiting for the gates to open!) and be one of the first in!

Do you have more than one Magic Morning? If not, may I ask why you're doing Nemo instead of Fantasyland? Most people recommend spending MM on Fantasyland vs Nemo, if you only have one MM day. But if you have the getawaytoday.com tickets, or if you're staying on site, and therefore have more than one MM day, then it's good to use one of them on Nemo. But otherwise you're giving up FL for Nemo, and many find that to be questionable.

Although, of course, if you're one of the first into DL on a non-Magic Morning day, and you head straight for FL (peter pan first!) then it's about the same.

And yes, doing something in MM, then a couple things during that first hour, then heading to TT (get there a few minutes early so you're among the first in) is a good idea. Maybe a bit exhausting (are you having a good b'fast before you get there? are you bringing snacks and drinks?) but otherwise a good plan.
