We will be going to Disneyland one day & .Im looking for 3 tickets to Morning Madness. Is there any place (already checked ebay) at the gate or anywhere you can get the passes? Thanks

These are something you get when you book a package, some people use them, some do not, there is a thread somewhere on the DL section (not community) where people list theirs that they did not use. You cannot buy these as a stand alone, you can only get them as a "package" perk.

Thanks for letting me know. That would explain why I cant find them lol. I did sign up for the list but haven't had any luck yet =(

Interestingly, I recently read (here? mouseplanet?) that you can go to the WDTC office off behind Compass Books (near Alamo), and ask to buy a "magical extras" booklet for each person in your party. $10 per person, if you get a person who knows what you're talking about and knows (or is willing to ask) that they can sell them alone, and it comes with the little things that come with a package. Vouchers for MTTMM, for lanyard and pin, etc etc. Kinda cool.

Might not be something that will last long, as the info gets out, but oh well.

I read about that too, (yes, it was on Mouseplanet, I believe) and I'm going to try it next month. We'll see how it goes.......IF I get someone who knows what I'm talking about and is willing to look into it, like you said. :-)

Walt Disney Travel Company. They sell packages, and recently they've been allowing people to buy the "extras" that are put in the package packets.

It's in DTD off behind Compass Books. Waaaaaay back in DTD. Nearish the Disneyland Hotel.

Thank you so much! If I don't come up with enough for my group before our trip I will check there :)

Interesting. Will that also get you into MM? We bought the Costco AP vouchers, and are staying offsite, so we'll have no Magic Mornings, unless this voucher works. Thanks.

MM is something you either have on your tickets (3 or more days) or through the hotel. The packages have nothing to do with it, so the extras in the packages won't get you MM. Sorry. Sometimes being an AP holder feels relatively hard! But on the upside, you probably go more often than others, you know the parks better, you know the tricks...you'll just get there well before opening on a non-MM day and have the same fun in Fantasyland and/or Tomorrowland!

Thanks Molly. I had a feeling that was the case, but figured it didn't hurt to ask.

Actually, DW & I haven't been to DLR in 6 years! But we have a wedding in San Diego in a couple of weeks, and decided to take the prior 4 days at DLR. And then decided we'd take our DGD6 in December, when she's off-track at school. We took DGD to WDW last year, thought we'd do DLR this year. So the APs made sense.

Now, of course, since we have the APs, we'll probably snowball. I'm already thinking about how to use the APs next year. OMG, I think I caught the DISfever! :lmao:

But you're right, we're pretty familiar with Disneyland anyway. My first trip was in 1960 :scared1:

Thanks for the help.
Bob

Glad to help.

In your case, drawing upon past trips AND counting all the dollars you saved, should make up for it. :)

I guess we've stayed onsite most recently so we have had MMs again, but we had some offsite visits there, and going on a non-MM day, getting there bright and early, really isn't all that different. And not everyone is going to FL first...many people split off into Adventure/Frontierlands, and also being sucked into Space Mtn etc...so really you do end up with quite the same experience in FL as you do with MM. It'll be OK. :)

Did anyone ever confirm this?.......... I would love to pick these up for our family in a couple of months if they are still available.

It would be interesting to know whether these can indeed be bought on site. I have also ocasionally seen these listed on ebay. I saw 3 MTMM tickets go for $16, but of course they are not always available, but if you have a while you might want to check from time to time.
