Toontown madness

I'm looking at a package through Getawaytoday.com and they're offering 2 magic mornings with a 3 day park hopper or more but I don't see anything about the toontown madness. Do they not offer this? My son will be really disappointed.

I'm pretty sure you have to book through disney travel, costco or AAA (costco and AAA book through disney travel) to get that perk.
