I'm excited to say my husband, son and I are going to be new members of your wonderful camping community!
We purchased our first TT yesterday at Suncoast RV in Jacksonville, FL. We drive back down next Saturday to pick it up! (Really pleased with their staff and Jerry our salesman!)
After dreaming for about 8 months, and actively looking for about two, we finally settled on a 310RBDS Pilgrim.:woohoo:
Crossing fingers that we can get a campsite at FW around Thanksgiving this year. (If not, we're still coming, lol)

Congratulations on the new TT! That is a great floorplan. Your son will LOVE that room in the back with the sofa and bunk. Have fun! And keep trying to get that Thanksgiving reservation at the Fort. That's my favorite time of year there!

I too would like to welcome you to the dis,,here goes,,
WELCOME !!
Didja hear that ?
And congrats on your new RV, :thumbsup2 !!

Now onto the important stuff. The most important items you can put into your RV is your FISHING POLES and fishing equipment,,remember that.

Your gonna like it here !

Congratulations on the new rig and welcome to the forum. Just keep trying and you should be able to get something over Thanksgiving. You'll love the Fort and it will spoil you to all other campgrounds.

Congratulations on the new RV. Get ready for many adventures..good, bad (usually related to backing into a site - Ha)and funny, lots of new family memories and a great group of disboard friends. :cool1:

7 7 4 3 Wow your brave. We are going to do the 20 hour drive in a few months with a 2 month old and I already know this will be a new style of driving for me.:)

I told my wife I would wear earplugs and to just smack me when someone has to potty.

I told my wife I was going to wear ear plugs to thats funny.:lmao: We don't want to hear our kids going down the road but we go to a place full of kids for vacation.:confused3

Just got home a few hours ago from 3 days of camping local. I think its time for night night here. The kids finally zonked out and the trailer is empty and clean for Oct. Have a good night.

Jerry sold me my Keystone Hobbi in 2006. He's a pretty good guy. Just make sure Suncoast gives you all the stuff they promised. We've been at the fort for Thanksgiving since 04 and it's our favorite time too. I usually book 1 year out because it's hard to get that weekend. Good luck and have fun with the new camper.

Thanks for the welcomes!

I had to chuckle at this because we were considering the Disney Vacation Club. We had to ask ourselves what kind of people we were, lol! (Not that we wouldn't love the accommodations that DVC has to offer!) But we're going to get much more use out of our TT.:)
