Our little 12 year old (almost 13) cat has been sneezing like crazy lately I put off taking her to the vet because the last time she had something similar she actually got it at the vets when she was spade. So I gave in and took her today and boy am I a bad kitty mom. She has a tooth abscess. This naturally has to be pulled $500 Yikes! 
Then the vet tells me worse case scenario is that she would also have lymphoma. Blood work results will be ready Tuesday morning. So now the only thing I can think of if she is really that sick how am I going to tell my kids. We've had the cat longer than the kids so they don't know life without her. DD will be crushed she comes home and looks for the cat and has a little snuggle time with her. Ugh DH asks why must I always go to the dark side because chances are it's just the tooth.
