Too scared to search and too forgetful - question about tour times and WWYD?

Yes, I admit it, I'm afraid if I use the search feature my work's firewall will kick me out of Disboards (stranger things have happened here), so I'm going to ask for answers and suggestions.

Our first full day at the resort will be a Monday in October. It's my DD's birthday and we're staying on site at PPH, CL (food included!). My idea for the day is:

Quick breakfast at PPH then off to EM at DCA.
Once DCA opens (8? 9?), then we go to Minnie's for character breakfast.
Then Discover the Magic Tour.
Then a quick break before heading back at 3 for BBB and MHP that afternoon/evening.

My questions are:
What time is EM at DCA?
What time does it usually open?
What time does the DMTour start? I can't get a time online, it says to call for reservations.
Do I reserve 90 days out like our meals?

Anyone have answers to those questions? And does that sound do-able from your perspective?

Thanks!

What time is EM at DCA?
EMH (Extra Magic Hour) starts one hour before the park opens to the general public. DCA usually has their EMH on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

What time does it usually open?
DCA opens anywhere from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in October based on last year's schedule. It looks like 8:00 am is the most common opening time on weekends (Fri-Sun). Weekday hours were more variable (opening was anywhere from 8:00 am to 10:00 am). 8:00 am did seem like the most common opening time on Monday in October. You can scroll through the historic October hours on the wdwinfo achive. Park hours are usually posted about 45-days in advance, so the schedule for October won't be up until mid-August at the earliest.

What time does the DMTour start? I can't get a time online, it says to call for reservations.
According to the DisUnplugged posting it's offered on Fri, Sat, and Sun at 10:00 am. The Disneyland.com website also only lists time for Fri, Sat, and Sun.

Do I reserve 90 days out like our meals?
Dining reservations can be made 60-days in advance. The same DisUnplugged posting and Disneyland.com website both say reservations can be made 30-days in advance for the tour.

Thanks. Well... guess we'll need to find a different tour then as we're in around 4:30 on Sunday and leave at 8 on Friday morning. Dangit!

I'll keep a note about the dates.

So I guess we'll do the Welcome to the Magic Tour at 10:30. That'll give us enough time to pop into DCA for an hour, then get back to DLR for an 8:30 Breakfast with Minnie before heading off on the tour two hours later. How long is the meal usually? Would an hour do it or an hour an a half?
