Too obsessed?

This is the great thing about being a fan or if you'll let me steal a bit from Wil Wheaton, a nerd:

"So there’s going to be a thing in your life that you love, and I don’t know what it’s going to be. It might be sports, it might be science, it might be reading, it might be fashion design, it might be building things, it might be telling stories or taking pictures. It doesn’t matter what it is. The way you love that, and the way that you find other people who love it the way you do, is what makes being a nerd awesome. The way you love that, and the way that you find other people who love it the way you do is what makes you a nerd. The defining characteristic of [being a nerd] is that we love things."

Planning and obsessing over the planning is another way Disney nerds LOVE what we love about Disney. It lets us play it over in our head, visualize our ideal and perfect day in the park. We can think about the rides and the characters and good times with friends and loved ones and family that might be long gone and let those emotions wash over us and fill us and remind us WHY we love these parks.
