Too much for one day...

I would skip the mani/pedi. That can be very time consuming and, as others have pointed out, you can do it anywhere.

I'm tired and stuffed from just reading this read. Three ADRs is a lot for one day, and you'd be essentially spending half of your day or more in a restaurant. I'd do breakfast and dinner or just lunch.

Thanks everyone. It sounds like I need to revise a little. We are actually going for 12 nights because I really want it to be a relaxing trip and not feel rushed all the time. Even so, there is just so much I want to do that I think I am still planning too much.

My hope with going to the spa was to have a little break in the middle of the day instead of going back to the hotel (the Swan). Do you think Cinderellas Royal table works as a good break? From what I am reading it doesn't sound loud and busy like some of the other character meals...

Every time we've been at CRT, it has been extremely loud and busy. However, having said that, we did find the princesses to be really entertaining. It sounds like you have a lot of good ideas and whatever you decide will be a great time.

CRT is incredibly busy and very, very loud.

Completely sounds like something I would plan lol! To give you an idea, here's a sample of our dining plans for just two days of our last trip: PPO Garden Grill, lunch at Akershus, dinner at CRT; PPO BOG, lunch at Crystal Palace, Fantasmic dinner package at Hollywood and Vine. We use our meals as breaks from the Florida heat and time to recharge. Also gives me a break from pushing a wheelchair around! We don't really eat much at breakfast so we normally only book those for PPO and eat light. I don't find CRT very busy or loud. Chef Mickey's on their otherhand is very busy and loud! My only piece of advice would be to drop the mani/pedi. Those take a long time and could be a fun activity prior to your trip!

Every family has different ideas of what they find relaxing. We love doing three sit down meals some days--as this is great family time for us (college DS and middle school DS).

As long as you realize that the focus of the day is enjoying some interesting restaurants, sampling a few rides, the mani-pedi--and maybe the parade/fireworks. This will be really stressful if you are rushing around trying to squeeze in as much park/ride time also. Because you have 12 days you can choose to have some "commando" style days, and others where you just eat, relax, and pop into the parks for a little while.

Is it possible to have breakfast at Be Our Guest before the park opens, do fantasyland, Cinderellas Royal Table, mani/pedis at the grand Floridian spa, dinner at 1900 park fare, Tomorrowland attractions, and then see the evening parade and fireworks at night?or would that make for a crazy day?

I'm getting ready to make dining reservations and am plotting days out on paper but I'm not sure that what works on paper works in real life!

For me, that is too much. First thing I would get rid of would be the mani/pedis at the GF. That is something you can do at home, and probably for way less money. It doesn't seem special to me, I'd much rather spend time in the parks, but I'm not one of those women that go have my nails done. I would maybe have a PPO breakfast at BOG and then either CRT or 1900 for dinner.
