Too many errors with online reservations this morning

Today is 180 for me. I had no problems making reservations for my first night. But when I confirm my vacation package reservation and try to book another restaurant, I get an error and it takes me back to the dining reservations screen. I try again and then I get:
"The dates on your Resort reservation do not qualify you for extended booking dates."

This series of errors has happened 4 times in a row now and I can't book anything. I'm so frustrated!!!

UGH! They really, really need to improve their online dining reservation system! It's a giant pain in the butt!!! Good luck! I hope your still able to get what you want!

I got 2 more errors, both different than the ones I already got. I switched to Chrome (was using Firefox) and it's fixed the problem. I secured Le Cellier for my anniversary night (hubby's favorite at Epcot), so I'm happy now!!

I wish the online reservation system would get better, but I'm glad I outsmarted it this time.

ugh - Looks like I spoke too soon. Same errors happening on Chrome now. Trying internet explorer next, then I'm gonna be out of options. I'm so frustrated.. again! Shame on Disney for using such a broken system!

At this point, it's continual errors, no matter what I use. I'm completely p-o'd at this system and only made around 1/3 of our reservations.

Have you tried signing off of your username/password and re-signing in? I was getting a bunch of errors yesterday and that fixed my problem. Good luck!

You could also download safari and opera . Sorry you are having issues. I love being able to make ressies online but always worry about Internet problems. Hope it's fixed soon.

I had the same exact issues this past week. I much prefer to do the reservations on my own, but I just couldn't deal with the constant log out, go back in, confirm reservation, so on and so forth. They definitely have IT issues with their systems and it drives me nuts! So I called. And it was fine. Good luck!

I spent almost an hour on the phone with a lovely woman from tech help last week. She had me try everything (changing passwords, computer files, reservation numbers, firewalls you name it). I finally got into the system and still could not successfully make any reservations. I had to sign in over and over again and the system would seldom allow me to enter. I tried for several days and finally gave up. Sister is a Disney Club member and it took her two minutes to do what I could not. Leaving in the morning and hoping to luck out with meals.

Online opens at 6am eastern time, phone reservations open at 7am eastern time.

It took me 2 hours to make 16 reservations. Pathetic! The only restaurant it wouldn't let me make a reservation for was Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner on April 1. I signed in and out several times, restarted my computer twice, tried Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer to get the 16 reservations I successfully made. I wish I hadn't messed up the hours I could make reservations. I thought online opened at 7am and phones at 9am. It was a PITA, but at least I got 16 our of my 17 restaurants and I can call in the last one no prob.


Well, that's weird. LTT didn't have my desired dining time when I tried to book online, so I chose a different one and got an error everytime I tried to book. I called to make the reservation just now and the lady told me nobody has been able to make a reservation yet because they haven't opened April 1, even though it's within the 180+10. She suggested I call back in a week. I'll keep checking online, but it's very strange that this restaurant doesn't follow the 180+10 rule.
