Too early for a fastpass?

We plan on getting to the EMH park at opening. My question is: I've read that when two rides are next to each other, such as TT and RRC, you should get a fastpass for one, ride the other, and then use your fastpass for the first. If the ride just opened, will they be giving out fastpasses for it?

Yes the will.Fast passes start as soon as the park opens. However if you go early in the morning you might not need a fast pass. Many times the rides have only 10 minute wait times, however either way the fast passes will be there if that is the route that you choose.
