Funny getting Canneloni and it didn't have any mozzarella or ricotta. Tasted like spaghetti sauce. Like a big bowl of spaghetti sauce. Yuck.

No after waiting 45 minutes past our ADR because they accepted WAY too many walk ins we just wanted to get going & enjoy what was left of our night

It wasn't until we got the menu again for dessert that I noticed it was missing the cheese. I just thought it was my taste buds. My son ate it after I couldnt.

My husband got that once, and it definitely had cheese in it. But it also has a ton of meat in it right? Not just tomato sauce? And lot of cheese on top, and a cream underneath the tomato sauce. So if yours was just a bowl of tomato sauce it was missing a lot more than just the cheese!

Follow up: I contacted Disney by email and they called me back. They asked me if I still had the dinner receipt which I did. She asked if I could scan it or take a picture of it and send it to her. I did that and she called back to say she was going to send me a Disney gift card to compensate me for the price of my entrée. That was great for me. She was also going to pass the information on to Tony's to see if the menu was incorrect or the chef made an error. I appreciated her contacting me.

No, it had a lot of ground meat in it. So basically a bowl of meat sauce with a bit of pasta, a smear of cream sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan (Like about 1 teaspoon).
